Dr. Ballinger graduated from Life Chiropractic College in 1982. Prior to studying at Life College, she was a graduate from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Dr. Ballinger has been a practicing Chiropractic Physician for over 25 years. Specializing in gentle chiropractic techniques - Thompson Drop, Cox, Diversified and Activator methods.

The original Rosewood Chiropractic Center was opened on Fletcher Avenue in Tampa in 1984. Relocating her practice to the Wesley Chapel area in April of 2006 - opening Rosewood Healthcare & Wellness Spa in the Seven Oaks Professional Park.
